Illumimind Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Illumimind ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available only to authorized employees, contractors, or affiliates of an Illumimind customer organization.

Access is provisioned and managed by your organization’s administrator.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your organization’s internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or resell the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or prohibited content.
  • Attempt to bypass or disable security measures or access controls.
  • Use the Service to violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Input or expose personal data beyond what is necessary for authorized corporate use.

4. Customer Data

Your organization retains all rights, title, and interest in its data.

We process such data solely to deliver and support the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that data uploaded to the Service is lawfully obtained and compliant with applicable regulations.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the Service.

Maintenance may be scheduled, and where feasible, advance notice will be provided.

We are not responsible for downtime or disruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting services, APIs).

6. Termination

Your organization may terminate use of the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, data will be handled and deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated to your organization before taking effect.
